Something was wrong with my gut yesterday, so I stopped eating at 6pm and only had water. (We were at a birthday party before that, so only had bits and pieces.)
I am feeling a bit better today, and maybe hungry? Wavering about eating before leaving the house, as I fear I won't find anything I want.
Do I eat muesli now? Do I leave it be? Or do I play it safe and bring a banana, just in case?
It's not a tummy bug, I don't think, it seems more IBSish, really.
