Ok dd2 was admitted by ambulance in severe pain with abdominal pain 2 weeks ago.
After 2 days of watching her in agony it all settled and was diagnosed with grumbling appendix.
I week later i wake up in the night with terrible pains.Goes on for 3 days and was diagnosed with duodenal ulcer following (which i think was brought on by the 3 days i was in pain taking brufen on empty stomach )
! week later (about 2 hours ago ) dh started with -yes, terrible abdo pain. Have been married 16 years and never seen him in pain like this.
Thing is we know it will last 3 days and there is nothing i can do.Its like a huge hunger pain that you actually faint with the pain when its really bad.
Are we missing something or is it just an awful bug ?
When i called the ambulance for my daughter she needed oxygen and pethidine.
Am just worried i am missing something now as never seen dh in such pain.
Legonaires (sp ) has been in our town recently, and have no idea of symptoms but i getting in a tizz now .
