HRT at 35

It all started 6 months ago, after I stopped feeding my DS. I got my period finally a year after he was born. Soon after I started getting panic attacks, anxiety and depression. I suspected it was hormonal as it coincided too closely with my period. It went for 6 months before i saw a consultant gynae who did some tests and told me I was premenopausal and the sympotms were related. My FSH levels were high and that indicated failing ovarian reserve. Anyway she prescribed an HRT patch for 3 months, I am not sure as I feel I am too young for it..Anyone else in the same boat?

Im' 44 and last yr went to the doctor feeling tired...I put it down to ds who is now 3 but like you I had blood tests which revealed I was premenopausal...The Dr said this could last for another 10/15 yrs before I was fully menopausal.
But I wasn't prescribed any HRT.
At least knowing why I felt the way I did helped. And I don't feel like that all the time.

I am 39 and have been told I am perimenopausal. I did'nt have a period for 6 month and was told my fsh level was high and to consider what form of hrt I wanted to use. However I was referred to a specialist and he repeated the test after a few
months and he said although my fsh was high for my
age I didn't need hrt yet, and just to wait and see how things went.
