I gave birth five months ago to DD. I have just felt inside fanjo for the first time, my cervix seems all wrong - bigger and sort of lumpy or like the edges are tattered. Delivery was a bit tricky, ventouse after three hours of pushing and then severe shoulder distocia. DD Fine. Also incision scar still smarts a bit. Is this normal? New to mums net, so glad to find somewhere to ask about this!

NOt sure but bumping for you, I seem to remember that everything felt a bit didfferent down there. Scar does tend to hurt for a bit, mine still does occasionally especially when AF due, but if it is swollen and sore rather than achey it may be worth getting the doc to check it over

It will feel different as it doesn't close completely after you've given birth.

I think I might be able to shed light on the lumpy issue, does This sound familiar?
