Quick vaccine question - calpol before just in case or wait and see?

My ds has his MMR booked for 9am tomorrow. It's so long since he's had any jabs that I can't reemember whether I dosed him up with calpol before the last set or waited until he seemed poorly. Also, I was at home for his 2,3 and 4 month ones, whereas I'll have to take him to nursery after these.

And he should also be having his Prevenar tomorrow, but we're off on holiday in 3 weeks and he really should have a hepatitis A jab before we go, and I'm thinking I should ask for the Hep A instead of the Prevenar at this visit?

Just about to start the supper and bed routine, so not around for an hour on two, but would be grateful for any tips. TIA

I never had to give Dd any after MMR, or Prevenar.
