I have had this twice in the last 3 months or so. Pain so severe it made me nauseous. Came on very suddenly and lasted about 30 minutes. Last time it was about an hour. Took some pills and lay down and breathed through it until it passed. Then nothing. Completely fine. It is kind of stomach and pelvic pain - rather like one long continuous contraction.
Have had children, youngest is 4. Have a mirena coil fitted.
Anyone shed any light on this?
