20 Week old - Yellowy Discharge - Normal?

Hello my dd had yellowy discharge in her nappy earlier, i am just wondering if i should be worried? Apart from that she seems fine.

i presume it is poo......how are you feeding her...is she on boob or bottle....? my dd gets yellow nappies when poorly ( bottle fed)

is this the first nappy of this type?

hello, she is on bottle. But it definately isnt poo. Just changed her bottom again and whe i wiped her 'front bits' there was still slimy discharge :-( I am worried it is an infection (no temp though) It is the first nappy with discharge...

if you don't think it is coming from her bottom..i'd seek some medical advice...it could be a sign of an infection....never had any experience of that with DD myself....sorry..i'd call NHS direct...
