Anyone tried an Acupressure Mat for anxiety, insomnia etc?

Any personal experiences of Acupressure Mats, such as these?:
www.amazon.co.uk/Bed-Nails-Acupressure-Mat-Green/dp/B0043QFA0W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423394379&sr=8-1&keywords=bed+of+nails+mat

They supposedly work in a similar way to acupuncture, releasing endorphins and alleviate anxiety, insomnia, back pain etc.

Lots of positive reviews on Amazon, but am a bit skeptical - would be interested in hearing peoples' personal experiences...

How funny, my husband got one of these for me and it just arrived yesterday. It is sharper than it looks, it I could see how it would be good.

Apparently, one of the best yoga positions for anxiety and insomnia is to lay with your bum right up against the wall, flat on your back, with your legs straight up the wall. I suspect that putting the yantra mat underneath would enhance the benefits of the pose?

Don't think it's a miracle cure but suspect that it forces you to take time out and relax, and the points do make a difference... So could be a part of the solution!
