Yesterday my 5 year old son told me he had a papercut on his finger, I looked at it and there was a little cut.
Today, after school his teacher came up to me to let me know that his finger looked "quite sore" and had gotten worse over the day...I looked at his whole finger is swollen and the cut now looks like a big white blister!
I bathed it when we got home but I'm not sure what to do now, My friend thinks I should burst it whilst he's asleep and then cover it with a plaster! any help apretiated.
