My 3 yr old nearly always has pale yellow poo (nice topic I know). Not runny just yellow colour. He's had this for over a year. He doesn't seem ill. His diet is reasonable (doesnt eat much but quite balanced). I always thought it was toddler diahorrea but isn't he too old for that now. Anyone else having same thing? J

I don't know what it is either. I have noticed with my kids that the colour tends to change depending on what they've eaten. Has he any other problems? It could be a food sensitivity but I woult imagine there would be other symptoms. What has your HV/GP said?

Not too old. My ds was diagnosed with this and he only really outgrew it last year. He's six now and I thought he would be suffering with it forever!

Thanks girls that reassures me I haven't been to the GP as I feel that I'm always going for daft little things that clear up anyway (the last one was ds blinking alot!). It's difficult to know when someting is serious or not. He doesn't seem ill at all so I'm not very worried. I think I'll keep an eye on it and look at what he's eating. J
