So today the lady in the boulangerie asked me when my baby was due. I am not pregnant. But i look like i am.

DC2 is almost 3. Both my births were natural. I used to be a size 8/10 prior to having dcs, now i am a size 14. My body type is hourglass, so i don't normally carry lots of fat around my stomach.

Do you think anything is wrong? How do i shift this huge stomach?? Feeling pretty shit ATM

Go on a diet? Not meaning to sound glib or cheeky, am in same boat myself - same size and shape, no-one's asked when my baby is due yet but I do expect it as I know I look pregnant! I was on meds that I'm blaming for weight gain and since coming off them before Xmas have lost nearly a stone with still another two to go. What on earth did you say to the lady? I keep trying to think of the appropriate answer, I suspect if someone asked me I'd make up a date if it was someone I'd never see again - or even if I would see them, I doubt they would ask again if I still looked the same after the date had passed and had no baby to show. I hope you're not comforting your hurt feelings with chocolate - lol. You should have asked her when she was due too - even if she was thin - haha.

I lied and said August. How shameful. I will never go in that boulangerie again. And i look about 4/5 months pregnant not 1/2 so she must know the date/pregnancy is a lie.

I don't eat unhealthily, i cook from scratch, eat fresh food. Maybe i will try the 5:2 diet, it looks good.

It is more likely your abdominal muscles separated during pregnancy, there's a proper name for if but I can't think of it just now.
Maybe see a physio.
