Don't really know if I'm posting in the right place but I've just done that thing where you take your make up off and have a good old close up stare in the mirror at your face... it isn't looking too great at the moment. Spots all around my chin, grey under the eyes and weird blotchy bits that sort of look like freckles (but aren't I don't think) all over the show, mostly under my eyes and on my cheeks. Also redness round the nose.
Starting to think I'm looking haggard and I'm only 30!
Anyone got any tips? Ie. what foods are good for your skin etc. Could it be a vitamin deficiency? I'm sure it's not been this bad for long....
