Babies are being sick

Wonder if anyone could help, my dd and ds are being sick (dd 3 times ds once) they seem fine in themselves no temp, but just being sick. What is this and what should I be doing? I have lost all confidence in myself at the moment so any advice will be brilliant, thank you x

Make sure they are getting fluid is most important so they don't get dehydrated, could it be just a 24hr bug or has it been going on longer?

Food isn't so important as water or milk orfluid of some kind

Thank you for replying its been happening from 6:30 tonight, ds is still bf-ing ok and dd drinking water, it really scared me the amount of sick they did (sorry if this is too much information)
