is the Yasmin contraceptive pill anti-androgen?

I have female pattern hair loss due to PCOS, will taking Yasmin reduce hair loss or make it worse? Thanks

It is meant to be the best one for PCOS. I have it too but yasmin did not agree with me. I hoped it would calm my acne down but it made it worse Sad
