I'm 32 for fucks sake :(

It was enough for anyone to know but enough to soak my kecks and pants (had a long coat on)

I didn't even feel like I needed a pee it just came out as I picked my shopping bags up.

I've had 5 children and I often leak a little but this was more than I am willing to put up with.

My pelvic floor must be wrecked. Any advice please? I don't want to have to wear tena at my age :(

See your GP. I saw a lady physio and exercises really helped.

my new phone won't let me do a link but if you search mn for 'running with poor pelvic floor..' it should give you a thread from early 2013 with lots of advice.

but you still have to see your go.

PainInTheFarce · 19/01/2015 18:52

That should have read wasn't enough for anyone to see but I could feel it.

See your GP. Pilates was a miracle cure for me, but I know some pp don't agree.

I had to see my gp and was referred for physio after dd, it did work but it was a fairly slow process and I had to avoid caffine and train my bladder by waiting longer to go to the toilet.

After Ds2 I just bought a Kegel8 tight and tone and it did the job. I didn't have incontinence, just a very loose vagina but it has tightened everything up.

MrsDiesel is that the cones.or the elecrical thing?

Yea that's the one. I could feel a difference in a couple of weeks but I used it twice everyday.

PainInTheFarce · 19/01/2015 19:49

Thanks. The reviews all look really positive. I've bought one as I feel rather loose anyways but the peeing is just not on!

Good luck with it. I am really pleased with mine.
