heavy feeling on my right hand side

for the last 4-5 days Ive been experiencing a heavy feeling from just by my pelvis and up along my right hand side. the feeling also extends into my back. if it were on the other side i would think i was quite constipated (which im not). It actually feels like ther;s something in there. im drinking loads of water and weeing as normal. any udeas

Don't put up with it - at the very least you should phone your GP's surgery to see whether they think you should go in
