Well last night all around my mouth area and chin started to feel really itchy and almost a burning sensation. Well i woke up this morning and all of that area was still really dry, red and itchy and even worse i had tiny white heads the size of a pin all around my mouth. Ive never had this before. The only thing that i can think of that might of caused it is that i tried this new face wash from avon for black heads and open pores the other day and also ive been having the heating on. What can i do to get rid of it its really really itchy.

I'd be surprised if you had a reaction to the skin wash several days after using it. You could always apply some on the sensitive skin inside your elbow to test it.

Are the white pin heads inside your mouth? If so I'm afraid it sounds as though you've been infected with cold sores.

If not then the other thing that springs to mind is Impetigo, which is highly contagious (make sure you use a different towel to everyone else)

Impetigo is easily treated with antibiotics but you may have infected other people in your family already.
