Please explain this rash

small pinprick and bumpy started on chest and back last night .. looked like a viral rash

still there this morning and is moving to arms

any other symptoms? temperature, lethargic? off food? is the rash itchy/sore etc?
sounds like it could be so many things - I would use other symptoms and age of the child/adult suffering to guide me whether to wait and see how it develops or to get someone to look at it today who can diagnose properly face to face.

oops sorry .. 2.5 year old .. no other symptoms .. although maybe a touch hot .. ate 2 pancakes so no appetite issues

she is saying "me tired" which is a little unusual

my little ones always get rashes when they are coming down with a virus and it usually goes after a couple of days. however knowing this doesnt stop me from checking the rash with the glass every time.

hope you find out whats wrong.
