my dd is 2 yrs 4 mths
been waking up in night complaining of sore bottomw - this can mean wee or poo though

however last 2 days she has had blood when Ive wiped her anus.....

she eats really well - def 4 or 5 fruit/veg a day balanced diet.....

should I be worried? dont want to make a fuss at DRs.

Is the blood bright red? If so, it's probably a fissue - can you see any broken skin or raw bits?

I assume she's not constipated?

Any chance she has worms and has been scratching really badly? (sore bottom in night can be worms)

I'd probably take her to the GPs, just to get checked ...

I dont think shes constipated - goes daily
Ive looked for worms (had them myself as child so know what to look for) - none

it is pinky red.....not so worried but two days in a row has made my mum say take her to dr

Sometimes bottoms just get sore. A bit of vaseline or similar can help?

I would go get her checked if it doesn't stop ... I assume it's just a spot of bright red fresh blood?

could she have eaten any sand?

often the cause but don't think it would cause pain.

anal fissure?

would get it checked out with gp or hv
