Did you know, that long haul flying precipitates one's menstrual cycle by one week? That's one whole week early.

Well that explains my period the week after my holiday to St Lucia! It was about 2 weeks early. Thanks floozy! Now I understand.

i got my period on a flight to new york, despite taking tablets to delay my period....great...did i have a tampon in my bag...did i heck??!

After - during would have made the timing wrong i suppose! (and been a very saucy story).
