night sweats

DS 2 seems to be getting a lot of night sweats recently. He has a bit of cough but is otherwise healthy. He is certainly not over dressed in bed. He wears normal PJs and usually kicks off his covers. Most nights his hair is dripping in sweat. Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Is this normal?

my boys are often sweaty at night

think its a boy thing

my son is the same although it isn't helped by him pulling the covers right up over his head when he goes to sleep. Went up to him about 9pm and had to change his sheet and pjs (he's not quite 3, slept through the whole changing thing and probably would have been happy left sweaty and cold but.....)

my ds is just the same mckenzie1 He always covers his head with the duvet, and has wet hair when I go to kiss him goodnight later...btw, he's still got the 10 tog, goose down duvet! does your ds have a warm one or cool one?

I get sweaty at night too. It's either hormones or alcohol.

Don't think that applies to small boys though?
