Cezerette and extreme fatigue

I was on this for 6 months and was exhausted. GP did loads of assessments and I saw two specialists. By the time I saw the second I had took myself off the pill and was starting to feel loads better. Consensus was CFS or viral and see how it goes.

I've been feeling great so restarted the pill. Just coming to the end of my first strip and I feel like I did before. I can barely get off the sofa.

Could it be the pill? I am stopping it tonight.

Yes , my dd did!

No idea why , GP wasn't sure either , as if she was in early pregnancy.

Was fine when she changed pill though.

Yes I feel pregnant. I will see if they can change it.

Yes my dd is often like this. It seems to come and go but the tiredness that goes with early pregnancy is a very good description. She can only take a progesterone only pill though so is a bit stuck with it

This is really interesting as i'm on cerazette and always tired - just like early pregnancy when you cannot keep your eyes open. It's the only pill I can take and the tiredness does come and go but that's interesting others are the same.

Yes, I was on this for around 6 months a few years ago. I went to the doctor a few times with various concerns and had blood tests - only abnormality was that my thyroid levels were a little low but nothing to write home about. On paper I ticked all the boxes for depression but I didn't feel depressed. Spent an entire week in bed. Googling led me to cerazette, I came off it and went back to normal. I remember being surprised that it was so hard to find info on that pill but eventually I came across a website where loads of people were complaining about it.

I'm on cerezette and have been for a couple if years now.
I'm am always tired and fall asleep most days for a quick nap.
I do have to do a lot of long dog walks everyday and put it down to that and too much sugar.
I always feel more energetic when I cut sugar out.
Easier said than done!
I never thought it could be the pill.
Maybe it is?

I think I took micogynon when I was younger but they wouldn't give me that because of stroke risk.

I shall see what else is on offer althought I am worried a bout taking other hormones. I don't want to feel like this.

Icenimist dd took another PoP for a while but she was even worse on that one; had the tiredness and massive mood swings (I'm menopausal so you can imagine it was pretty horrendous sometimes Shock) I think it was ?Cerelle which they said was the same as Cerazette but patently wasn't.

She has heart problems and has had a previous clot so can't have anything with oestrogen. Be interested if you have success with anything else.
