Does anybody know where I can find out what these are.

they vary in size roughly between a 5p piece and a 50p piece... are very circular

they don't itch or feel sore or dry.

any suggestions anyone?

how awful fio

I've had it once and it was truly the most terrible itching I have ever had. I forced the pharmacist to give me a sedating antihistamine so I could sleep at night. I must have looked totally mad in the pharmacy, scratching incessantly and insisting he read the packets to make sure they weren't the ones that were non-drowsy. He also put them in a bag and put it on the counter so he didn't have to touch my hand .

yes assuming NHS Direct thought meningitis - after having them for weeks now though so am assuming (safely I think) that it's not meningitis.

might be ringworm - looks very different from the rashes I had before though

I blame my sensitive skin!

Hiya Foxy.

You and me both with the scabies thing. I lived in a shared house many years ago and all of us ended up having to paint ourselves with this foul purple lotion

Happy student days.

I would just show the pharmacist it, its not on your bum is it - if so id go to your surgery nurse - LOL.

If they think you need to see a doctor they will tell you but chances are they will know what it is & you can just buy some cream!!
