Hi all

Has anyone come across Omeprazole in a liquid form thats available in the UK? If so could you give me the name of the company that produces it.

Thanks all.

No, don't know of liquid omeprazole but I think the similar drug lansoprazole (zoton) comes as a suspension and also zoton fast tab which disolves in the mouth rather than being swallowed. Available on prescription.

Thanks singsong - I will look into that

yes we have it prescribed by our GP and thank god as previously we were trying to disolve Lossec (mupps) which was a nightmare. As I understand your GP can prescribe it but its a special order for pharmacies but it only takes a day to order at our local pharmacy.

The bottle does not have a name on it but im sure your GP can help you out.
