coil pregnancies

my Mirina coil fell out a few days ago!!!! Eeeek!!! have been bleeding since it came out. does anyone know if this blood is due to the sudden lack of hormones or my AF? Had sex a just over a week ago (with coil still in) but am worried!!!! Anyone had similar experience?

how long after sex did it fall out....and where in your cycle where you ? is your period due now?

i would got to docs / family planning asap....nothing else to advise, sorry.....

had sex on weds, bled afterward (think it must have been on its way out then) came out on sunday. i have no idea where in cycle i was - couldnt really tell when coil was in. have spoke to docs they said that i should do a test - but that is silly isnt it - as i would only be 7 days preg max and it wouldnt show up!!!

hmmm. if not sure when your period is due, you can't work out when your fertile window was...i;d do the test and get more contracteption sorted pronto! but as you say, not likely to show up yet......

A pregnancy test should work even before your period is due. I was impatient to find out when i was pregnant and got a positive result 2 days before I was due on. So I'd say buy a pack of 2 tests and if you (hopefully) get a negative result then do another one when your period is due just to make sure
