as mine is and ive just been for a fresh air walk with a friend to try and clear my head as my nose is throbbing since yesterday and feels like ive got a hangover too! as banging headache!

Yes i was dizzy yeterday and have the pressure thingy on/off .

Mine have been pure hell for a week.I put it down to the change in the weather as I get it earlier in the year when it starts to warm up too. Co-codamol & Ibuprofen for the headache and sinutab work for me!!

Your sinuses might be sensitive to tree moulds. It can be worse in damp weather. Sympathies.
