Periods - when do they return?

Hello, DS2 is now 15wks, stopped breast feeding after 3wks and have still not had a period. Is this normal. I did a pregnancy test yesterday just to rule out that possibility and it was negative. With DS1 i did breastfeed for longer and when I gave up I think it was about 4wks later that it returned. Any advice or reassurance would be welcome. Thanks

DD is 17 weeks. Gave up BF at 10/12 weeks and have yet to have a period. Have to say I'm not too fussed re that tho face is a complete mess of PMT spots!

Mine returned 10 weeks after birth of baby (gave up breastfeeding at 5 weeks). I did worry about it but then it came. It was a bit heavier than before pregnancy but lasted the same amount of time.

Thanks for your replies. Am still a bit concerned that mine hasn't appeared yet. Will call GP's next week if nothing happens.
