After a bit of self help advice please!
I am asthmatic and am in the middle of my annual cold/bad chest nightmare.
I use my inhalers properly (with a spacer), but this damp air is bad. Every cold turns into an infection. I have already had two lots of antibiotics and one course of oral steroids this year, and I can feel a temperature starting again today after another head cold.
I have had my flu jab, am quite fit, eat ok. GP says it is just one of those things.
anyone got any suggestions, pleaese
