Tena pants for heavy periods

Recently discovered that Tena supa incon pants work brilliantly for my very very heavy periods with huge clots!!!! Seriously I felt as if I was giving birth each time I passed these clots plus despite having a super tampon and pad, I would still leak. These Tena are a just amazing??

Hi bearbear have you tried the lilets ultra tampons? Usually found in big tesco, Sainsbury etc. I still needed to change every 90 mins but much better than anything I tried before. Now have a menstrual cup this is even better than the ultra tampons :)
