DS1 has a cough, runny nose etc. Been giving him calpol and junior nurofen. however we are travelling later and he takes Phenergan to prevent travel sickness (just 5ml). I'm assuming it is ok for him to take them all together - or is it? Anyone know?

phenergan - no paracatomal, it is a sedative isn;t it? so should be ok, but i would call a chemist to double check.....

I tried to call the surgery, but typically of them they are closed except for emergencies

call boots or NHS direct?

it's fine.

Some "cold remedies" such as Night Nurse conatin an antihistamine, so should be avoided, but mixing paracetamol, nurofen and phenergan is not a problem
