I'm feeling a bit spacy but I was to begin with which is how I mucked up the dose in the first place! I took two 12.2mg capsules (instead of one) of phenylephrine hydrochloride at about 9am this morning, thinking they were paracetamol. I just realised I'm feeling quite fuzzy but then im deep into PMT which makes me kerb the car and drop stuff regularly (!) and I've got a grotty head cold. I've looked it up and it says to seek medical attention but I really can't be doing with the drama. Please tell me it's fine! Thank you.
