ANNUAL ULTRA SOUND SCAN - USUALLY INTERNAL ONE, BUT THINK MAY START MY PERIOD, CAN STILL BE DONE?

Due my annual scan usually an internal one to check my endometriosis and cyst on an ovary...but I think i may be on my period tomorrow...should I still go?

I've previously had an internal ultrasound while on my period. It was no problem at all.
