dd2 is nearly 3 and jsut for the past week or so has constantly had her fingers in the front of her mouth all the time. she sometimes says her teeth hurt and this morning said her ears hurt. Apart from a bit of a cold she's not unwell and seems fine in herself although has been waking more often than normal in the night. she is and always has been a terrible sleeper, but is worse at the moment!
could it be possible that some of her back teeth are still coming through?

Does she have 8 molars in total?
