Can it give you a really sickly headache and last for days

Yes it can runkid. I suffer with tension headaches from time to time. I hunch my shoulders and that makes my neck stiff, which then gives me a headache. Its a real pounding headache too. I used to have to go to bed when I got them until I discovered Syndol. You can buy it over the counter. Take one and in about 20 mins you can feel the difference. I don't get so many now as when I'm getting stressed I keep reminding myself to loosen my jaw if it's clenched and relax my shoulders.

Feel the muscles in your shoulders and neck and see if the feel tight. If they are then it could well be a tension headache. Whatever you do though don't take two Syndol like they tell you to on the box. They zonk you out!
