impetigo and toddler

DD has impetigo, just a tiny amount on her face. Can she go to nursery? I know it´s highly infectious but so is a cold and I would send her if she had a little bit of cold..

She needs to be antibiotics for at least 24 hours before she goes back to school at the very least.
It would be even better to wait for it to be crusted over so its not contagious.
