Rash all over torso????

LO has woken up with a very fine rash - more like a prickly heat rash i suppose completlely covering her front and back from neck to bellybutton. Its a bit warm to the touch but doesnt seem to bother her and she doesnt have a temperature.

Any ideas? It doesnt sound like chickenpox as these are bigger arent they? It also doesnt look like a food allergy type thing (and she hasnt had anything new to eat anyway).

just read this it could be a viral rash dd gets them alot. have you checked for meningitus, dont want to scare you butt dd has just had it and the rash started as pinprick size spots on her chest hope everything ok x

thanks - i've done the glass test and it disappears. The worst of it is on her back but chest too.
