Tummy tuck. Has anyone here had one?

I am not remotely 'high maintenance' but I'm at the end of my fourth pregnancy (the last PG was with twins and you cannot imagine how much I was 'stretched')

I am seriously considering surgery after this delivery, which will be a CS due to major problems last time, to get rid of the excess skin.

Any success stories?

HI Bubble. Haven't had one but wish I could, lumpy stretched tummy but only after one pg and delivery by CS. But boy do I understand how you must feel. I think it can be very successful if done by a reputable surgeon (can you get your GP to refer you to have it done on NHS?) otherwise I know you could go abroad to have it done for much cheaper. If you are having your first CS then I suggest you see how you feel after the op and the recovery so you know what it will be like to have major surgery and have to recover from it. You will have a scar though from one hip to the other so you need to bear it in mind and think which you mind (from the tuck). Good luck.
