DS is 4 months and is still quite sicky after most feeds. I think that it did improve for a while but it's definitely bad again now. Will he just grow out of it? He's exclusively breast fed.

I mentionned it to HVs when he was younger, but as he was putting weight on nicely they weren't bothered.

Is it worth seeing a doctor about?

You're right, as long as he's putting on weight, they don't seem to be too bothered. My ds1 has been like this for weeks and we did go down the route of doctors. They diagnosed reflux and we've tried gaviscon, drops to neutralise stomach acid etc etc none of which have done much. They are usually happy to give you stuff to try but it's very stressful and has caused us more problems than we started with. If it's not causing him any distress and he's putting on weight, I'd just let him grow out of it.

Thanks TMHO, Everyone I know who's had the same problem have said that gaviscon has not really helped. And ge gets so worked up if I try to give him anything. Gripe water sometimes helps settle it, but often just comes straight back up!
