Milk with fluoride????????????????

got a letter from dd school asking if I would prefer her to have milk with or wothout fluoride

I haven't a clue? Help!!!! lol

Are you in an area which has fluoride added to the water (most places seem to these days)? Because if you are then that combined with fluoride toothpaste is surely enough.

As far as I understand it too much fluoride is as bad as too little so personally, living in an area where the water is highly fluorinated, I wouldn't go for fluorinated milk as well.

Only 10% of the UK's water supply is fluoridated.

Yes I live in Greater Manchester and they don't put it in the water here. UI just assumed they did but HV said no, and asa result they have TERRIBLE tooth decay problems in the region. She said no sugary things for DD!
