Over the course of the evening I've developed a blood blister on the side of my tongue.
It's about the size of a 5p but swollen out and like purple jelly. It's quite painful and sore when I talk, swallow etc.
It's panicking me a bit tho not really sure why. I phoned nhs direct and was told as long as I can breathe it's fine and to see gp tomorrow. Feeling a bit scared to go to bed in case it gets any bigger or bursts.
Tell me I'm being stupid!
