Cileste - anyone use it?

Gp has changed my pill for me, as I foundf Microgynon was causing horrible spots. Has anyone got anything to say about Cileste?

I haven't but a friend of mine did and it did improve her skin.

I used it for years, I changed from Logynon because it was giving me permanent PMT. I found it fine, no side-effects at all, and it certainly didn't make me spotty.

I did conceive while I was taking it though ...

I am sick of being spotty! I was never spotty before, even when I was a teenager, now my skin is practically pustulant.

Did you always always always take it properly and hardly every have sex though?

I always took it properly. Mind you, I'd been taking it for about 8 years before I got pregnant so I think it was probably just one of those things.

I took Cilest years ago to help my skin - it was horredous after having an implant, I think the pill helped clear the acne but it also took away my libido So I stopped taking it , had my DC and am now back on it as I am due to be sterilised soon. Left me real snappy and moody also, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it.
