I'm now convinced i have full blown breast cancer and thats at will be found when i go to the breast clinic. I had a gorgeous little girl 8 months ago and i'm so scared i have this horrible disease and i'll not see her grow up. Please help. I'm 26

Have you been refered to a breast clinic?
Cysts are common, although they should be checked.
Having one breast larger than the other is not a concern if you have always been that way.

Yes she has referred me as she thinks one of the cysts will maybe need drained. I must keep thinking the worst

Are you under the 2 week referral ?

Lyndz123 · 15/10/2014 22:22

If you are really anxious and I can understand how you are feeling ( breast lump 3 years ago) make another appointment with another doctor and ask if you can be referred under the 2 week rule.

I go on holiday on saturday so dont have time to go to another gp. I'm going to try and put it to the back of my mind until we get back and try and enjoy our holiday

My DM had problems with cysts for years, sometimes really big especially in the armpit. She was just prone to getting them, perfectly harmless though as I am sure yours will be. You're doing the right thing getting them checked out but I am sure you will be absolutely fine.
