Facial numbness and tingling, neuralgia, or something worse?

Started with facial numbness and tingling on left side three weeks ago. Doc and gp decoded either sinus or tooth related so gave antibiotics which seemed to work. It's back again but had a cough and bad headaches too. Headaches calming down now but scared shitless if I'm honest. No facial pain but more achy x

Personally I would get back in touch with the doc. Headaches - migraines can cause the facial numbness, but then so can storkes. But also as you have stated so can tooth problems. I wouldn't be happy playing guess the problem on something that potentially could be serious. Get in contact now, explain the problem, they are only people in the best place to help you.

Sorry but i don't want to give bad advice and this could be simple or serious.

Sorry to hear you are worried and doc not concerned. I'd keep a diary of anything that you think might be odd for the next while, also think back over last few months and note anything odd too. These two episodes could be entirely unrelated but for your own peace of mind you should get doc to look at you again, if you go armed with your notes they may listen to your worries better. Don't goggle there are so many causes you'll drive yourself insane, speaking from experience! Blush
