Healthy snacks

I have noticed at weekends my 2 dc keep nabbing snacks from the kitchen and dissapearing outside to play all day, only popping back in to nab more stuff. I have musli bars, digestives and dried fruit like apricots, mango unsalted cashews etc and then their favorite corner yoghurts on offer.
Any other suggestions as to which healthier snacks should be on offer? I don't do strict mealtimes at the weekend as I find it good if they are outside all day but I keep snacking all their stuff too, years ago I already stopped buying crisps and chocolate or anything containing chocolate for that reason!

Do you make oat cakes? If so have you got the recipe for me? I will try humous to go with veg sticks too and they like rice cakes and camembert or brie. Thanks, I made flapjack yesterday and they have finished half the tray already but that's with 2 bits in their lunch boxes - must've tasted good anyway!

My step-sister has five kids, and keeps huge plates of raw veggies (cucumber, mini toms, green yellow and red pepper strips, raw carrot, etc) around for them to snack on any time.

I've tried this with dd (nearly 3) and she loves it - has increased her veggie intake a lot. I give her a plateful when she's watching TV, and she downs the lot...except for the bits I 'borrow'...done me some good too
