Rash on 4 week old baby???

Could anyone maybe help with this.
I noticed yesterday that ds has a rash covering the whole of his back.
Its quite red but looks like very small milk spots but all over clustered together.
He has been quite hot over the last few days but his temp has been ok.

Could it be milk spots or related to him sweating a bit?

I've just put Ellis in a sleepsuit now and ditched the bodysuits.
My hv had said that it was quite common for them to spread down the neck and onto the chest but never mentioned backs.

How are dd1 and 2?

She started pre-school 2 weeks ago.

DD2 17 months!!!

DD only goes monday and tuesday mornings but those 2 and a bit hours are great!

Theres only so many kitchen cupboards one has lol!

My ds has this YF, he is on antibiotic cream with hydrocortisone in.

It is infected milk spots, they just look like tiny zits, he has them on his chest, arms, face and back.
