Not feeling well at all

I've not felt well since I had the coil in on Monday, not sure whether it's to do with that, or whether it is coincidence, but,

I've had constant diahorrea
I've been in such a bad mood today that I haven't gone out in case I punched someone
It hurts to wee and I'm wanting to do it all the time (sorry tmi )
I've got what feels like terrible terrible period pains and back ache

Surely the symptoms can't start this quickly

Could it be a urine infection? Sounds like what my friend suffered recently. Don't leave it, call the doc now and get some anti-biotics.

I have thought of that, but, the out of doctors round her are shocking (I mentioned it to countess dracula earlier).

They won't come out or write a prescription etc unless I go to the clinic even though I have two young children. Also the clinic is very secluded etc, dark and not well lit and there have been four rapes in the area over the past couple of weeks.

I've just taken 2 co-codamol and 2 ibuprofen.

Sounds liek not just a urine infection, but poss Pyelonephritis (kidney infection ) which needs prompt treatment. Do you have any obvious blood in your urine? (I have had many of these and your symptoms are very similar to mine0. Its the backache that makes it different to a normal UTI. If you have a full on kidney infection you need antibiotics pretty swiftly and maybe even IV.
Do you have a fever? If so, please get in touch with doc asap. Could have been caused by the coil insertion if they werent careful enough with insertion technique.

Been up and down all night to the loo, not feeling any better this morning, if anything a bit worse, tummy is hurting more.

I really need to go to the supermarket but have not got the energy or inclination. I have enough in for a sunday dinner etc. But not that much for packed lunch.
