Here's a challenge, anybody fancy quitting those filthy, evil, disgustingly delicious fags? All my friends smoke and I am looking for some support basically. I am going to start on Sunday. [determined emoticon]

I don 't smoke, but Rickman did, keep an eye out for her. She may be able to give you some tips.

Hi Hulan, I quit today (Saturday). Feel rubbish though but determined.

Have you managed to not light up today Hulan? I've just put my patch on for day 2. Let us know how you're getting along.

I also gave up today at twelve!!!! Am on patches. I wish you the best of luck x x x

Hi Ladies

I am a complete and utter failure. Did not manage to go the day without lighting up. Had one and a half cigs. Doesn't look like I'm going to make it. I wish everybody else lots of luck.
