I feel tired alot and my skin is terrible, pale and spotty, I have put on weight and feel generally crap. i have had/got a lot of stress at the moment but generally not too bad now, sleeping ok and given up caffiene, cut down on bread and making an effort but please any good pick me ups or sensible skin advice would be great? Quite frankly I am embarrased to go out at the moment

Start going for a jog in the dark!

Seriously, just want to say me too...

I've got cellulite on my skinny arms FFS! How can that happen??? Have been wearing skirts the last few months cos me arse has fallen so far down me legs I don't dare wear trousers for fear of being called diddy-legs, AND my skin is grey and my eyebags could contain my complete collection of cardigans.

I'm trying to drink more water and trying to get my circulation going, but for a quick fix I lurrrve putting on one of those face-packs thingies that remove impurities.

Lack of sleep and/or stress messes up hormones, skin, causes bloating, you name it, so maybe we should try some on-line yoga?!

Up your fruit and veg intake. Drink lots of water. Go for a walk every day and get your heart pumping. Basic stuff but you should see a big difference in no time at all. As soon as I stepped up my exercise and started eating properly I found I had bags more energy.

I feel like that too, I'm pregnant with my third.

Is that a possibility??

Friend of mine has been doing the GL diet for 6 months - she didn't need to lose weight (though she has) but wanted to improve energy levels because she has ME and PCOS. She says she feels great, she looks even better! I'm going to do it with DH when I've had my baby.

I totally agree re the exercise. Dh has been away loads and I haven't had the chance to exercise and I can feel it straight away - my skin looks awful and I also start to feel much more sluggish.
