I didn't feel dizzy like the other day or pass out but I was really shaky. I made some toast & had a coffee but it took a few hours before I felt right again. I got my BP done in the chemist but it was ok. I have Drs appt on Thurs for my blood test results. I expect it's my iron levels but I've been googling & I seem to fit symptoms adrenal fatigue or maybe thyroid. I find it really hard to wake up in the morning & have felt tired & weak recently. I haven't had a holiday or a day off sick for 6 years. I work 2 part time jobs & never go out. I work every weekend & public holiday even Boxing Day. Maybe my body is trying to tell me something. Thing is if I don't work I don't get paid. One of my jobs I'm self employed, the other is Casual so no hols or sick pay.
My granddad had diabetes but I don't have any other diabetic symptoms. Not sure if I'm having low blood sugar or low blood pressure attacks.

Kittykat7 · 06/09/2014 04:17

I'll find out on Thurs what's wrong & update.

What did the doc say?

strawberrypenguin · 16/09/2014 18:01

Silly question but how hot was the shower? Sometimes I get dizzy if I've had the shower hotter than I should! Probably won't explain everything if you've been feeling dizzy a lot (sorry not seen your other threads) but might be worth thinking about of the shower often triggers this. Hope the docs can help.

My Dr said my iron was a bit low. I can't take iron tablets as they upset my stomach so much. I have had iron injections before but they are really painful & done in the bottom. The iron leaves a big stain like a bruise & they took about 2 years to go. He said I can try Spatone & see how I go as I'm only mildly anaemic. He said that I am very stressed & has referred me for acupuncture.
The shower was quite hot but I had a conditioning treatment on & was doing a body scrub so I was in there longer than usual. I expect it was just a faint due to low blood pressure or low blood sugar.
