I am 38 and have really bad pain in one breast that seems to have improved considerably since squeezing a pus like substance from one pore in nipple. Been to GP who examined me and could find no lumps and has suggested that I have a blocked milk duct. I have see if it settles down and go back if not. I also have to have blood test to test prolactin levels. Breast fed for 2 years but finished 3 years ago. Anyone had anything similar?
